Boodles and Nobu hit Dublin
Boodles - 7th October 2007
On 7th October 2007 Boodles joined
up with Nobu for the arrival of Roberto De Niro's Nobu restaurant at
the Four Seasons Hotel, Dublin, for one night only. The night entailed
a sumptuous seven course Japanese banquet of Nobu specialities,
prepared by Mark Edwards, Head Chef for the Nobu Group, who flew in
especially for this exciting event along with his 45 staff.
The
Nobu event, was attended by Ireland's wealthiest business figures and
music and sports celebrities, it was held in order to raise awareness
and funds for Outreach Moldova, the Dublin-based charity that works
with 500 disabled orphaned children in the Republic of Moldova in
Eastern Europe.
