The Website is available only for your personal, non-commercial use and its use is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Your access of the Website signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
1. Products
a. The jewellery and watches shown on the Website cover a selection of designs available through our shops in the UK.
b. We make every effort to give you an accurate impression of our jewellery and watches through the Website. Please note, however, that images may not be to scale and colours shown are as accurate as Internet technology allows and will vary according to the settings on your individual computer.
c. We reserve the right to change jewellery and watch specifications and designs from time to time.
2. Prices
Prices are current retail price in Pounds Sterling as per the prices in our shops. All prices include VAT, currently at the rate of 17.5%.
3. Design and Trade Mark Protection
a. We pride ourselves on our innovative and stylish designs and go to great lengths to create products that are uniquely Boodles.
b. All our products and names of ranges are protected against copying by domestic and international law. We reserve all of our rights concerning our trademarks, copyrights and designs. Copying of any product in any form will be an infringement of our intellectual property rights and is strictly prohibited. You may only download or print images for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use is expressly prohibited.
c. Boodle & Dunthorne is our registered trade mark.
d. Boodles is a registered brand name for Boodle & Dunthorne.
4. General
a. Not all stock will be available through every Boodles shop at any one time. b. There may be mistakes, inaccuracies or other errors in the information on this Website. For example the information may be out of date or incomplete in some way.
c. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and will post the new version on the Website when we do so. Your continued use of the Website will signify your acceptance of those new terms.
